Is this job sketchy or not?

So I applied to a job and got an email reply the next day that is raising a few red flags. Here is the email I received:

I feel this is sketchy and need an outside opinion if I'm seeing red flags where there aren't, or if I'm right that this is a scam/fake/sketchy.

🚩 As you can see, the job title in the email and posting are different. Minorly, but still a destination.

🚩 The "requirements" in the email are very vague (and confusing, what does "resource centre" mean as a requirement??) and there's no further discussion on what the job actually is, and since the job title is different from what I applied to, is the job different too or are they just calling it something else?

🚩 When I looked up the company name it was difficult to find information on them. There is only their website which says they started in 2018, lists some services they do but when you click for more it tells you to contact them.

🚩 There is no job address listed anywhere (only lists headquarters in Quebec and WA, USA), and no Toronto location as advertised in the posting. The posting says there MAY be home office available (but if no Toronto office exists then you must work from home, so why act like there is an option to work at an office??), and the email says it's remote work.

🚩 The pay seems inflated in the job posting, and the email offered the top of that range. I applied for the hell of it, in case it was legit but it doesn't sound like it honestly.

🚩 It basically just says email us back and we'll employ you. No interview or anything??

Am I seeing red flags where there are none, or is this as sketchy as it seems? Should I even reply to the email?
